Most products are shipped within 2-10 business days after payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Larger items can take up to 14 days for delivery. Shoes may extend up to an extra 7 days for delivery. Orders may be shipped from multiple warehouses, and may arrive seperately.

Do you accept returns? TOP

Yes. Items that are returned in an unused and resalable condition will be refunded or exchanged. Items must be returned within 14 days of shipment and returned in original packaging. Depending on the manufacturer, a restocking fee of $10.00 may apply to returned item. Shipping is non-refundable on all items and in some cases the customer will be responsible for return shipping. After the item is received by the manufactor allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. Shoes must be tried on using socks and indoors to considered for refund.

Some products will have an extended return policy. These will be noted of on the products page.

All products must have all paper work and be returned in original boxes, no exceptions.
