Mobile Yoga Classes

Mobile yoga classes are available in Leesburg, Purcellville and Bluemont, VA. All classes are taught by a registered yoga teacher, accredited through the yoga alliance. You provide the space, we'll take care of everything else. Cultivate wholeness, well-being and relaxation in privacy, or invite your friends and family. Classes are available in work and home environments.

Choose from a variety of classes:

8 Week Beginner Series

Learn the “micro-movement” detail in each yoga pose. Expect to become familiar and comfortable holding and flowing through yoga poses. Students will learn how to incorporate their breath to manage challenges, on and off the mat.

Hatha Flow

Be guided through moderate-vigorous yoga flows, breathing techniques and relaxation. Experience this meditation in motion and revitalize your whole self including mind, body and spirt.

Restorative

Restore the divine energy within! This class incorporates yoga therapy skills into a slow flow of yoga poses. Hands on assists are used to aid clients in letting go of physical, mental and emotional tension.

Childrens

Learn yoga poses and techniques through imaginative interaction. Visualization and imitation are incorporated to teach breathing basics, poses, awareness and relaxation to children.

Free Yoga

Want free yoga classes? Suggest mobile yoga classes to your wellness program at work. Many times wellness programs will cover the expense of yoga classes due to the many benefits it provides. Participation can also lead to cheaper health insurance rates!

Benefits and precautions will be taught for all activities. Abilities that students can expect to acquire include building core strength, developing balance, increasing flexibility and gaining a greater awareness of their body. Increased relaxation and overall sense of well-being can be achieved from all classes.
